*1.* *100%* Payments must pay while collecting or Delivering Materials..
*2.* *50%* Payments must pay while placing Orders.
*3* IF BOOKING CANCELLED BEFORE 15DAYS 100% Refund Applicable. *-200rs* will be deduct & it will carry for next bookings..
*4* If Booking Cancelled before 1 week *100% Refund Applicable* *-200rs* will be deduct as a booking Fee..
*5* If Booking Cancelled before 3 to 6 days 50% Refund Applicable.
*6* if Booking Cancelled before 1 or 2days no Refund Applicable.
*7* If any additional *security deposits & For *Refund Process* have to send a *bill snap* along with your *Gpay or phone pay number.. then it will refund *within 24hours* of materials returns back...
*8* IF Materials returns early before No refunds Applicable,
It will adjust next time Rental bill like some additional discounts..
We are Happy to Serve you on late night and early morning with Advance intimation, to encourage employees there is minimum charges will be applicable..
*9* late night drop charges applicable during *8pm to 11.30pm (75rs)* if returning or Collecting or materials following timings..

*10* Early morning charges applicable during *5.30am to 8.00am. (75rs)* if collecting or return materials on following timings.
*11* Some Standard Security deposit should pay during rental payment, which will be refund within 24 hours of your returned date, or if any deductions like extra days or any missing or damaged deducting from this security deposit and will be Refund remaining within 24hours of return the stuffs back, also requested to send refund request with UPI details for refund after materials returns...
*12* *After 24hrs Rentals, No negotiation or Bargain, For extra hours.. During 25 to 36 hours Half day extra charges & 37 to 48hours 1day extra charges Applicable*..
*ID PROOF POLICY*
*1.* *VALID ID PROOF IS MANDATORY WHILE COLLECTING MATERIALS*
3.Also send Valid any local ID snap it should be DL or Adhar ID, or Local Valid lease Agreement copy and Valid Company ID out of any Acceptable..
4. while collecting should submit one local ID (DL or Adhar) for the Security Purpose and should pay the complete Rental Charges on the same day while collecting the camps.. (Small Security Deposit should pay while collecting materials)
6. Office Timings for Nelamangala, It's Variable Depends on Customers arrivals & Returns..Weekends we can serve on till midnight but prior intimation from customer.. office Number, (at least 12 to 8 hours prior).
6. If your order posteponed Advance will be carry your next postponed Date.. (No Refund applicable)
7. If any 🔥 or physical Damages happened should pay nature of damage cost or if non reworkable things should pay existing new price
9.*While Collecting Tents and other relevant accessories, kindly cross check and confirm yourself Does it received all Tents relavent spares bunches of poles and steel Pegs whether received or not*.. (plz don't hurry to collect items, come earlier 15mini, confirm all spares Your self, or if u send any person ask them to confirm them self, even if missed it any spares we are not responsible.. also Plz take a final photo snap of items what u have received, & compare with bill snap, then move..
*10* Any electrical or electronics gadgets, while collecting it, should check working condition of the gears confirm your self and take it.., we are not responsible if after not working or something..
*11* We Can not give 100% Guaranty For used Tents Quality, regarding Critical weather conditions like Heavy Rain Fall or like Claimate disorders, will give the assurance like providing Braded outdoor Tents like Quechua or Coleman (Rain, wind resistance)
